OnlyYou is a precise dating platform centered on privacy protection, including OnlyYou website (onlyyou.cc), OnlyYou APP, and OnlyYou WeChat Subscription Account (collectively referred to as "OnlyYou"), operated by Sichuan Hongdingshi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "OnlyYou" or "we"). This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an agreement between the Member (hereinafter also referred to as "you", referring to an individual who registers, logs in, and uses OnlyYou's services) and OnlyYou. OnlyYou will provide products and services in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Your registration, login, or use of OnlyYou's products and services (collectively referred to as "Services") shall mean that you agree to and accept all the terms of this Agreement; if you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, you shall not use or stop using any services provided by OnlyYou.

OnlyYou is designed for people living in China. Our servers are located in China. To better serve the international community living in China, we also provide an English interface. The availability of English does not mean the Service is intended for use outside of China.

Risk Reminder: Members shall enhance their self-protection and prevention awareness, and shall not easily trust online information involving assets such as loans, investments, financial management, and gambling; when conducting asset-related operations, please first verify the other party's identity and pay attention to OnlyYou's prompts and guidelines on fraud prevention.

1. Confirmation and Acceptance of the Service Agreement

1. You confirm that before using OnlyYou's services, you have carefully read and fully understood all the terms of this Agreement (especially the terms that exempt or limit OnlyYou's liability, restrict Members' rights, and agree on dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction). Your registration, login, and use behavior shall be deemed as confirmation and acceptance of this Agreement.
2. OnlyYou has the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement and relevant service rules as needed, which shall automatically take effect after being announced through message pushes, webpage announcements, etc.; if you continue to use the services after the Agreement is modified, it shall mean that you have fully read, understood and accepted the updated Agreement; if you do not agree to the relevant modifications, you shall immediately stop accessing OnlyYou or using OnlyYou's services, you shall immediately stop using and apply for account cancellation.
3. When you use certain specific products or services of OnlyYou, the specific service agreement and business rules formulated by OnlyYou shall be an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall also comply with them.

2. Services and Descriptions

1. OnlyYou provides free services and paid services. The specific content, pricing standards, and service period of paid services shall be subject to those announced on the official page. Members can only use the corresponding paid services after completing the payment. After purchasing digital value-added services, no modification or refund is supported, except in cases where the service has major defects that make it completely unusable, a refund is required by laws and regulations, or OnlyYou agrees to a refund after reasonable judgment.
2. Supplementary provisions on paid services: 1. The service period of paid services shall be calculated from the date when the Member completes the payment and shall automatically terminate upon expiration; if you need to continue using it, you need to make a new payment; 2. If the Member activates the automatic renewal function for paid services, the agreed fee will be automatically deducted before the expiration, and the Member can turn off the automatic renewal in the account settings at any time; 3. If the Member fails to pay the fee for paid services overdue, OnlyYou has the right to suspend the provision of the corresponding paid services; if the delay exceeds 7 days, OnlyYou may terminate the paid service, and the fees already incurred will not be refunded.4. Payments are collected via WeChat or Alipay on all platforms; regardless of the purchase platform, the membership rights and benefits are universal across all supported platforms, including Android, iOS, HarmonyOS, WeChat service account, and website.
3. Service Suspension and Restoration: OnlyYou may suspend part or all of the services due to system maintenance, upgrades, compliance inspections, etc., and will notify Members 24 hours in advance through webpage announcements, message pushes, etc. (except in emergency situations); during the service suspension period, free services will be provided normally after restoration, and the service period of paid services will be extended correspondingly according to the suspension duration.
4. Unless permitted by OnlyYou or agreed in a separate agreement, all content (including titles and introductions) produced, uploaded, published, and disseminated by Members using OnlyYou's services shall not contain advertising information.
5. OnlyYou's core function is to match Members who meet the requirements according to the dating conditions actively set by Members and send dating invitations to eligible Members; Members agree to receive in-site messages, emails, short messages, WeChat and other notifications sent by OnlyYou for such services. OnlyYou will not recommend Members who do not meet their dating conditions to them, nor will it display their information to Members who do not meet the conditions, and Members are prohibited from sharing other Members' information to third-party platforms.
6. Commissions obtained from promotion can be used to purchase services or withdrawn. OnlyYou will provide the tax authorities with the relevant tax information (including name, ID card number, etc.) of Members who withdraw cash in the current month.
7. OnlyYou may send service-related notifications (including service confirmation, user contact, activity promotion, safety reminders, etc.) to you through in-site messages, emails, short messages, WeChat, etc.; your registration or use of services shall mean that you agree to receive such information, and you can cancel receiving through the unsubscribe function provided by OnlyYou.
8. For Members who engage in illegal activities using OnlyYou's services or whose words and deeds (whether online or offline) deviate from OnlyYou's purpose of serious dating, OnlyYou will handle them seriously and has the right to take punitive measures including but not limited to warnings, adding to blacklists, and closing Member accounts.

3. Member Registration Rules

1. When you register as a OnlyYou Member or use the services, you shall meet the following conditions: 1. You must be an adult over 18 years old on the date of registration and have full capacity for civil conduct; 2. If you publish dating information, you must be single (unmarried, divorced, or widowed) on the date of registration and during the subsequent use of OnlyYou's dating services; 3. If your status changes and you no longer meet the registration qualifications for dating Members, you shall take the initiative to stop publishing dating information, otherwise you shall bear the relevant responsibilities yourself.
2. You need to register by binding a real and valid mobile phone number and complete the short message verification before you can use the services.
3. You promise: The personal information you provide to OnlyYou is true, legal, accurate, complete and up-to-date, and you will update it in a timely manner when the information changes; you will properly keep your account and password and be responsible for all behaviors under the account and password; the Member account is unique and non-transferable, and you shall not provide the Member account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to transfer, lease, loan, sale or sharing;transfer, lease, lend, sell or share the account to others for use, otherwise, you shall bear all disputes, losses and legal liabilities arising therefrom, and OnlyYou has the right to close this account; if the account is stolen or a security problem occurs due to improper custody by the Member, resulting in the leakage of data and information, the Member shall bear the adverse consequences himself; when the Member's account or password is used without authorization or any other security problem occurs, the Member, you shall immediately notify OnlyYou, otherwise all unauthorized use behaviors shall be deemed as your own behaviors.

4. Rules for Using Member Services

1. When using OnlyYou's services, you shall abide by national laws and regulations, public order and social morality, and shall not use the services to engage in illegal and irregular behaviors such as endangering national security, honor and interests, spreading violent, pornographic, false information, and infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others; if OnlyYou believes that your behavior may violate laws and regulations or this Agreement, it has the right to terminate the provision of services to you at any time without prior notice.
2. Members are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors: producing, uploading or disseminating content that violates laws, regulations and the provisions of this Agreement; endangering minors; impersonating others or institutions; disseminating content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties such as intellectual property rights and privacy rights; sending spam messages or advertisements; harassing other Members or endangering network security; tampering with or stealing others' information; interfering with the normal operation of OnlyYou's services; using the services for illegal purposes such as commercial resale.
3. Supplementary norms for user interaction: 1. Members shall interact with each other in accordance with the principles of equality, respect and good faith, and shall not maliciously harass, insult, threaten or slander other Members, or publish false dating information, maliciously induce offline meetings and other behaviors; 2. Members shall independently assess the safety risks when meeting offline, carefully verify the other party's identity, and OnlyYou shall not be liable for any personal or property losses arising from offline meetings; 3. If a Member finds that other Members have illegal behaviors such as false dating and fraud, they shall promptly report to OnlyYou, and OnlyYou will handle it in accordance with laws and regulations.
4. You guarantee that the content you upload does not violate laws and regulations or infringe on the rights and interests of third parties; otherwise, you shall independently bear all adverse consequences. If it causes losses to OnlyYou, you shall bear compensation liability (including reasonable expenses for rights protection). OnlyYou has the right to modify, delete or block irregular content as needed, impose penalties such as warnings and account closure on irregular Members, and background records may be used as evidence of irregularities.
5. When you file a complaint against other Members, you shall bear all legal liabilities arising from false complaints; if it infringes on the rights and interests of others or causes losses to OnlyYou, you shall bear corresponding compensation liability.

5. Member Personal Information and Privacy Protection

When you use OnlyYou's services, OnlyYou will process and protect your personal information in accordance with the "OnlyYou Privacy Protection Policy". Please carefully read the policy; if you do not agree, you shall immediately stop using the services; continuing to use shall mean that you accept all contents of the policy (including updated versions).

6. Disclaimers

1. OnlyYou provides services in accordance with current technology and conditions, and does not guarantee that the services are free of defects; OnlyYou shall not be liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, virus attacks, system instability, network interruptions and other non-OnlyYou reasons, but will try its best to repair them in a timely manner.
2. OnlyYou will make reasonable efforts to review the content uploaded and shared by Members, but cannot fully control it and does not guarantee the correctness and completeness of the content; OnlyYou shall not be liable for losses caused by illegal information or behaviors released by others, but has the right to stop transmission and take corresponding measures.
3. For advertising information and links displayed by OnlyYou, they are the responsibility of the corresponding advertisers; Members shall carefully judge their authenticity; disputes between Members and advertisers shall be resolved by themselves, and OnlyYou shall not bear additional liabilities (except for the liabilities of advertising publishers stipulated by law).
4. Members engage in dating-related behaviors with their own independent judgment and bear the possible adverse consequences themselves; OnlyYou shall not be liable for losses caused to Members not due to OnlyYou's reasons.
5. Members shall bear their own responsibilities for computer system damage, data loss and other consequences arising from downloading and using relevant materials of OnlyYou; OnlyYou shall not be liable for activities and organizations spontaneously organized by Members.
6. OnlyYou has the right to judge whether a Member's behavior violates laws, regulations or this Agreement, and take penalties such as warnings, blacklisting and closing accounts according to the circumstances; this right does not constitute OnlyYou's obligation or commitment, and OnlyYou cannot guarantee the timely discovery or handling of illegal behaviors.
7. Except as clearly stipulated by law, OnlyYou shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential losses (including business losses, income losses, etc.) arising from or in connection with this Agreement, whether caused by breach of this Agreement or tort.
8. You understand and agree that OnlyYou shall not be liable for any damages caused to you due to the following situations: Failure to use OnlyYou's services due to your own reasons; Unauthorized use of your account or modification of your data by a third party; Your misunderstanding of OnlyYou's services; Other losses related to OnlyYou's services not caused by OnlyYou's reasons; If a third party puts forward an infringement or claim request due to your upload or post, you shall bear full responsibility; OnlyYou only bears the legal obligation of cooperating with deletion and blocking after being informed by the right holder. If a third party copies, modifies, edits, disseminates and other behaviors on the content posted by you in the public use area of OnlyYou, the legal consequences and responsibilities arising from such behaviors shall be borne by the actor, and have nothing to do with OnlyYou.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The copyright of the content uploaded and published by Members belongs to the creator; Members grant OnlyYou a free, non-exclusive right to publish, use, copy, promote and exercise other rights on such content worldwide, and this authorization shall continue until the Member notifies OnlyYou in writing to terminate it and OnlyYou actually receives the notice.
2. The intellectual property rights of the service content provided by OnlyYou (including web pages, texts, pictures, etc.), the software relied on, relevant logos and product/service names all belong to OnlyYou (except for the intellectual property rights related to advertisers).
3. Without the written permission of OnlyYou or the relevant right holder, Members shall not arbitrarily use, derive, reverse engineer or otherwise infringe on the relevant intellectual property rights; otherwise, they shall bear legal liability themselves, and OnlyYou will pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.

8. Service Termination and Account Cancellation

1. If any of the following circumstances occurs, OnlyYou has the right to terminate the provision of services and close the account without bearing any liability: the Member violates laws and regulations or this Agreement; in accordance with legal provisions or the requirements of competent authorities; for safety or other necessary circumstances.
2. Account Freezing and Unfreezing: 1. If a Member engages in irregular behaviors but the circumstances are minor, OnlyYou has the right to freeze the account first. During the freezing period, the Member cannot use the services, and the freezing period is determined according to the severity of the irregularities (1-30 days). After the freezing period expires and the Member rectifies the irregularities, they may apply for unfreezing; 2. To apply for unfreezing, the Member shall submit relevant certification materials, and OnlyYou will unfreeze the account after review and approval. If the review is not approved, the freezing status will be maintained or further measures such as account closure will be taken; 3. During the account freezing period, the rights and interests under the Member's account will be suspended. If the Member fails to rectify or cannot rectify after the freezing period expires, OnlyYou has the right to terminate the service and close the account.
3. Members may apply for account cancellation through self-service or by contacting customer service. Before cancellation, the following conditions must be met: the account is legally owned by the Member himself, is in a safe and normal state, has no unprocessed assets or rights and interests, has no disputes or controversies, and has unbound third-party bindings.
4. Account cancellation is an irreversible operation. After cancellation, the Member cannot log in or use the account, and all content, information and data under the account will be deleted or anonymized (except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations). The relevant rights and interests will automatically terminate, and the unused rights and interests will not be returned. The inconvenience caused by cancellation shall be borne by the Member himself.

9. Member Information Storage

1. OnlyYou will try its best to maintain the security and convenience of the service, but shall not be liable for the deletion or storage failure of Member data; may independently decide the maximum storage period and maximum storage space for Member data, and Members should back up relevant data on their own.
2. Data backup supplement: OnlyYou may perform regular backups of Member data according to business needs, but does not guarantee the completeness or recoverability of backup data; OnlyYou shall not be liable for data loss caused by Member's own operational errors, device failures, or other reasons, and Members are advised to regularly back up their own important information.
3. After a Member stops using the service or the service is terminated, OnlyYou may permanently delete Member data and has no obligation to return any data.

10. Governing Law, Disputes and Jurisdiction

1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; any dispute arising between the Member and OnlyYou in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the Chengdu Internet Court.
2. Disputes between Members shall be resolved by the Members themselves, and OnlyYou has no obligation to monitor or handle related disputes.
3. If any clause of this Agreement is invalid due to conflict with the current laws of the People's Republic of China, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses.
